As most of you know, MEI is a small family business, so I am pleased to announce that my twin brother, Bartholomew (Bart) has agreed to join the team to reinforce our technical capabilities.
Bart has a PhD in homeopathic science, so was ideally suited to join Dr. Richard Head's team at Cornwall's Bodmin Institute, where he worked on major mineral processing projects such as collectorless flotation and spiral concentration.
His role will be mainly as a technical advisor to the MEI Conferences, and he will have a presence at many of them, although, to avoid confusion, we have decided that we will not appear together at the events.
I hope that the increase in technical staff at the excellent Bodmin Institute produces more papers than the current one a year. As clearly Dr Richard Head has failed to produce any work this year?

They tell me that they hope to publish something quite profound next year, David. Losing Bart will obviously affect them, as he was a great asset.
DeleteI am glad to hear that something profound is being cooked up, sorry... investigated. The Bodmin Institute does lead the way in the direction of mineral processing every spring.

Yes they are a very dedicated group of people. They must work all hours as they don't appear to ever leave the Institute.
DeleteHA Ha Good One. Always wondered which of you was late for lectures!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely wasn't me
