Arrived in a cool and cloudy Cape Town just before lunch, after an uneventful BA flight from Heathrow.
Passing by the Vineyard's excellent The Square restaurant it was good to see a few familiar faces- Australia's Dr. Stephen Gay and the 5 participants on his 3-day simulation course, which started this morning.
