SME 2015 is only two weeks away

Denver is the venue for this year's Annual Meeting of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME).  Always a favourite location it will be interesting to see if low commodity prices affect the numbers attending and the number of exhibition booths. Last year in Salt Lake City, 539 companies were represented in over 800 booths, a record, although there were fewer delegates registered, almost 6000, compared with the previous meeting in Denver in 2013.

I will be there representing MEI as a media partner, and reporting on the event as always. So if you have any news that you feel might be of interest to mineral processors, please contact me at bwills@min-eng.com, and we can arrange to meet. If you have an exhibition booth then this could also provide a useful photo opportunity.
Hope to see some of you in Colorado for this great networking event.

  1. Hi Barry
We will be presenting how the cloud is simplifying the data analysis by service providers in mineral processing plants.
