Biohydromet '14 ends and SRCR '14 begins

Biohydromet '14 has been a superb conference, and it has been a pleasure to be involved with such wonderful friendly (and very knowledgeable) people.

But all good things come to an end and the conference finished this afternoon with an excellent panel discussion on the future of biohydrometallurgy, admirably chaired by our conference consultants Chris Bryan, Sue Harrison and Patrick d'Hugues. The three panellists were Pieter Van Aswegen of PMet Consulting, South Africa, Paul Norris of University of Exeter, UK, and Jim Brierley of Brierley Consultancy, USA.  Some really important aspects were highlighted in this hour long discussion, which will be the subjects of later blog postings.

The final farewells were said over coffee, while in an adjoining room, we welcomed delegates to SRCR '14 which commences tomorrow.
