I saw this photo yesterday on Facebook. It is taken at Botallack near Land's End,
one of the most photographed and painted spots in Cornwall. It shows the two
famous 19th century Crown Mines engine houses situated precariously on the
cliffs, exposed to the full force of the Atlantic Ocean.
I have photographed Botallack many times, and can only wish that this photo
was one of mine, but it isn't. I don't know who the photographer is, but he or
she has captured Cornwall at its best.
