Another email in this morning from Juan Yianatos in Valparaiso. He has been in contact with people from El Teniente, and they are now starting the operation with limited power (120 MW only). This is only enough to operate approximately at medium capacity (75000 tpd). It is expected to recover the full operation in about 7-10 days.
